Resus­ci­ta­tion Acad­emy (1-Day Inten­sive Course)
June 7, 2013 ~ Reg­is­tra­tion Opens April 1st

This one day inten­sive work­shop will con­sist of a blended learn­ing expe­ri­ence includ­ing lec­tures, small group dis­cus­sions, hands-on exer­cises and sce­nar­ios. It is geared toward Dis­patch man­agers, super­vi­sors, EMS Med­ical Ser­vice Offi­cers or Admin­is­tra­tors, train­ing offi­cers, Qual­ity Improve­ment Coör­di­na­tors. Par­tic­i­pants will choose one track: high-performance CPR, dispatcher-assisted CPR, or police defib­ril­la­tion. Orga­ni­za­tional sup­port is crit­i­cal for par­tic­i­pa­tion and sub­se­quent success.

Join us for a two-day course of lec­tures, dis­cus­sion, and demon­stra­tions aimed at improv­ing out of hos­pi­tal car­diac arrest sur­vival in your com­mu­nity. Some of the top­ics cov­ered are:

  • Bring­ing sci­ence into operations
  • Under­stand­ing car­diac arrest data
  • Par­tic­i­pat­ing in a registry
  • Deploy­ing tools for improvement
